Job summary

Hotel Equities, a multi-award-winning hotel development and hospitality management company, seeks a Guest Services Representative for the PROPERTY in CITY & STATE. You will warmly greet guests, register arrivals, handle payments, and promote loyalty programs while ensuring exemplary service and smooth check-ins/outs.

Role requires strong communication, basic computer skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with major hotel brands and standards.
• Good communication and basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register guests; verify reservations and payments.
• Answer phone and in-person inquiries with courtesy.
• Promote loyalty programs and assist with check-in/out.
• Assist guests with luggage and local information.
• Handle messages, wake-up calls, and administrative tasks.
• Resolve guest complaints promptly and professionally.
