Job summary

Encore Hospitality is seeking a friendly Guest Service Representative / Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for guests on arrival and throughout their stay.

You will check in/out, manage reservations, assist with room assignments, coordinate with housekeeping, answer inquiries, and ensure a welcoming, problem-free experience for every guest.

Strong communication, multitasking, and a professional demeanor are essential, with opportunities for growth within the hospitality team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
• Previous experience in a guest service or hospitality role is preferred.
• Familiarity with hotel management software or PMS is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; multitasking capabilities.
• Ability to multitask and handle various guest requests and administrative duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in/out, verifying reservation details and handling payment.
• Manage reservations and room assignments, and coordinate with housekeeping.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues in a friendly, professional manner.
• Handle guest requests, follow up, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout stay.
• Maintain accurate guest information, registrations, and billing records.
