Job summary

Encore Hospitality seeks a friendly Guest Service Representative / Front Desk Agent to greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, answer inquiries, and coordinate with other hotel teams to ensure a smooth stay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in guest service or hospitality preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with hotel management software or PMS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in/out efficiently and verify reservations.
• Manage reservations, room assignments, and communicate with housekeeping for readiness.
• Provide exceptional customer service and respond to guest inquiries and requests.
