Bradford House in Oklahoma City seeks a friendly front desk associate to greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and assist guests with reservations and information. You will be the first point of contact, providing excellent service and promoting a welcoming atmosphere.

The role requires reliable English communication, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a strong sense of professionalism. Flexible hours include mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on entry and be an ambassador for Bradford House.
• Handle check-in/out and bookings with accuracy and courtesy.
• Answer phones within 3 rings and provide information about reservations and local amenities.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information and protect hotel data.
• Communicate guest needs to appropriate departments and ensure guest satisfaction.
