Job summary

The Ellison, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel in Oklahoma City is seeking a Part-Time Front Desk Associate to cover overnight shifts (8 pm–4 am and 11 pm–7 am). You will greet guests, check them in/out, and provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions.

This guest-facing role emphasizes warm hospitality, attentive service, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with duties including payments processing, upselling hotel services, and resolving guest inquiries

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality or guest service preferred.
• Front desk or PMS experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver warm, professional service.
• Check-in/out guests and handle payments.
• Provide information on hotel amenities and local attractions.
• Promote hotel services and upsell when appropriate.
• Reconcile guest accounts and post charges.
