Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in English.
• Must lift at least 50 pounds.
• Push/pull up to 100 pounds.
• Stand and mobility for up to 8 hours.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Able to kneel, squat, bend, stoop and twist as needed.
• Basic computer skills and customer service experience.
• Flexible scheduling availability.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check-in/check-out in a professional manner.
• Complete registration using a computer system.
• Count money and handle cash, cards, and checks accurately.
• Answer calls and relay messages.
• Provide warm, efficient guest service and resolve inquiries.
• Transport guests to and from the airport using the shuttle.
• Keep front desk areas clean and organized.
• Respond to guest inquiries promptly.
