Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, check them in, and provide hotel information.
• Handle guest check-outs, ensuring accurate billing.
• Answer and manage incoming calls, responding to inquiries.
• Make, modify, and cancel reservations as needed.
• Provide concierge services and recommend local attractions.
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.
• Assist with luggage and other guest services.
• Uphold the hotel’s standards of quality and hospitality.
