Job summary

Dream Nashville is seeking a Guest Service Agent to handle prompt check-in/check-out, room reservations, and guest requests in a professional, courteous manner. You will coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure guest satisfaction and handle billing queries.

The role requires at least one year at a Front Desk, excellent presentation and English fluency, and a positive, proactive attitude. This on-site position offers broad exposure to hotel operations and guest services.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience as a Front Desk Agent.
• Excellent personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Positive and cheerful demeanor with a caring personality.
• Good problem-solving ability.
• Fluent in reading, writing and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Greet and register arriving guests, obtaining all pertinent information.
• Efficiently conduct check-in and check-out procedures.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering to meet guest expectations; log and follow up maintenance issues.
• Respond to guests' requests promptly and take appropriate action.
• Process guest billing requests and handle cash transactions per policy.
• Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, services, area events, points of interest.
• Answer the phone professionally and assist guests with questions or directions.
• Manage and resolve guest complaints and compliments professionally.
• Communicate VIPs and special requests to relevant departments.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
