Job summary

Island Realty's Hospitality Experience Coordinator delivers exceptional customer service and first impression management for guests, owners and vendors entering the front lobby, checks guests in and out, assists with concierge bookings and area information.

The role greets visitors, handles calls, emails and messages, coordinates after-hours arrival packets, maintains front desk presentation, processes payments, and collaborates with other departments to resolve guest needs and support vendor

• Professional customer service nature with a desire to exceed expectations.
• Written and oral communication with a friendly and pleasant tone.
• Self-starter who can see a project through to completion and follow up.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors cheerfully and professionally.
• Deliver impeccable service to guests, owners, and vendors.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and concierge bookings.
• Answer calls, texts and emails promptly.
• Arrange after-hours arrival packets and notify guests of procedures.
• Post, process and record payments and reconcile cash drawer.
• Maintain front office appearance and vendor materials.
• Support stay extensions and inform guests about events and services.
• Coordinate with other departments to resolve guest issues.
• Update marquee messages per marketing priorities.
• Complete general office duties.
