Job summary

Bardessono is seeking a friendly Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome guests, assist with check-in/check-out, and manage reservations with efficiency. This part-time role requires a proactive team player who can handle guest questions, process charges, and support smooth front desk operations.

The ideal candidate will work well in a busy environment, maintain accuracy in cash handling, and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications

• High work ethic and self-initiative.
• May be required to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong team player who provides great guest experiences.
• Physical requirements for an in-office role.
• Ability to work at a desk and computer for 6–8 hours.
• Occasional standing, walking, and lifting 10–25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and check them in/out promptly.
• Post charges accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain Front Office systems knowledge.
• Handle cash and payments correctly.
• Review reservations and block rooms.

• Take same-day reservations and follow cancellation procedures.
