The Redmont, Birmingham, managed by Spire Hospitality, seeks a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences and seamless service throughout their stay.

As part of the front desk team, you will welcome guests, answer inquiries, and coordinate check-in/check-out while maintaining a guest-first approach. Prior hospitality experience is valued; MS Office proficiency and PMS familiarity preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year front desk experience preferred.
• Experience with hotel PMS systems (OPERA, OnQ) is a plus.
