Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• 1 year of hotel housekeeping experience is preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word and Excel is expected.

Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class service to guests and team members with engagement and thoughtfulness.
• Promptly address guest concerns and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough inspections of guestrooms and public areas to exceed cleanliness and appliance functionality expectations.
• Train new team members and foster strong, collaborative relationships within housekeeping.
• Oversee inventories of amenities, chemicals, and supplies and ensure timely reordering.
