Job summary

Miraval Austin Resort and Spa is hiring a Full-Time Front Office Agent. You’ll handle guest registration and departures, communicate hotel services, and welcome guests as the face of Miraval. The role includes assisting with luggage, valet, and property tours, with opportunities to engage guests in meaningful ways.

Qualifications

• Customer-focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Hospitality experience preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License for frequent vehicle movement.
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee guest check-in and check-out processes.
• Communicate hotel services and promotions to guests.
• Assist with luggage handling, valet parking, and property tours.
• Respond to guest inquiries and process forms of payment.
• Represent Miraval Austin as the Front Office face.
