Proficiency in Outlook and hotel systems, plus the ability to multi-task and communicate clearly, are essential to deliver personalized itineraries and memorable stays for elite guests.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in reservations in hospitality preferred.

Responsibilities

• Book reservations and plan experiences for guests.
• Answer calls and respond to emails from Hyatt VIP guests.
• Create personalized itineraries to enhance guest stays.
• Schedule appointments in Outlook and coordinate with Miraval teams.
• Explain World of Hyatt program and benefits to guests.
• Reach out to Globalist tier guests to arrange experiences.
• Greet Elite Tier and VIP guests during property visits.
