Miraval Austin Resort and Spa in Austin, TX seeks a Welcome Ambassador (Bell Attendant) to connect guests with the resort experience. This full-time, on-site role involves tours, luggage assistance, and promoting hotel services as part of the Front Office team.

Ideal candidates are guest-focused, possess strong communication, and can stand for long periods. A valid driver's license and readiness to support a busy, hospitality-driven environment are preferred.

Qualifications

• Greet arriving guests and guide them to check-in smoothly.
• Provide walking/golf cart tours of the property.
• Inform supervisor of any guest issues promptly.
• Assist guests with luggage, valet, and room directions.
• Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment.
