Miraval Austin Resort and Spa is hiring a Full-time Reservations Agent / Experience Planner to support World of Hyatt VIP guests and the Hyatt Global Center. This role requires booking reservations, coordinating experiences, and responding to VIP communications with a proactive, guest-first approach within a luxury wellness setting.

You will collaborate with the Hyatt team, schedule appointments, and craft customized itineraries to maximize guest satisfaction and experience value at Miraval's

Qualifications

• Experience in reservations in hospitality is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with hotel systems and guest service software.
• Ability to multi-task across emails, chats and calls with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Book reservations and experiences as an Experience Planner.
• Answer calls from World of Hyatt and transfers from Hyatt GCC.
• Respond to Hyatt VIP emails promptly.
• Gain firsthand knowledge of Miraval offerings to describe guest experiences accurately.
• Schedule Outlook appointments for reservations and experiences.
• Provide customized itineraries for Hyatt VIP guests and maximize revenue.
• Represent Miraval professionally on property when greeting Elite Tier and VIPs.
