Job summary

Miraval Austin Resort and Spa is seeking a Welcome Ambassador (Bell Attendant) to represent our brand from guest arrival to departure. This role involves greeting guests, guiding them to rooms, and coordinating with the Front Office to ensure a smooth check-in and check-out experience.

You will offer walking and golf cart tours, assist with luggage and valet services, and promote resort amenities. A hospitality mindset and a positive, professional demeanor are essential for delivering the

Qualifications

• Greet arriving guests and direct them to check-in
• Understand spa offerings, programming experiences and activities
• Inform supervisor immediately of any issues during a guest's stay
• Provide walking tours and golf cart tours to all areas on property
• Assist other associates as needed
• Desire to satisfy guests in a fast-paced environment
• Refined verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
• Valid driver\'s license due to frequently driving hotel/guest vehicles
• Ability to lift, push, pull up to 75 lbs

Responsibilities
