Everhome Suites Salem is seeking a friendly Front Desk Attendant to welcome guests and coordinate their stay from check-in to check-out. You will play a key role in delivering a positive first impression and ensuring seamless service.

As the first point of contact, you will greet guests, handle registrations, answer questions about hotel services, and assist with payment processing. A guest-focused attitude and dependable multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach.
• Proficiency in internet software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Hospitality experience preferred but not required; open to all levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to resolve guest concerns promptly.
• Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing with accuracy.
• Greet guests and patrons to find out their room needs as well as the reason for their visit and manage the registration process.
• Answer queries regarding the hotel’s services, charges, dining facilities, sports facilities, and travel directions.
• Operate the hotel switchboard, answer inquiries, and transfer calls as needed.
