Industrious is seeking a Part-time Member Experience Associate in Austin, TX. This on-site role involves welcoming members, preparing the office, stocking amenities, handling inventory, and assisting with events and signage.

Qualifications

• Perform repetitive tasks requiring frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 25 lbs.
• Stand, bend, kneel, reach and walk for extended periods.
• Operate office appliances such as printers, dishwashers, blenders and snack carts.
• Participate in food prep and cleaning with health & safety compliance.
• Maintain sanitary work areas and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Be the first face in the office, set up for the day (coffee, breakfast, supplies).
• Manage inventory and restock location supplies.
• Create engaging signage and plan/host events with attention to detail.
• Add new members into systems for a seamless first day experience.
• Assist members with IT or wifi issues as needed.
• Help with local marketing events to showcase our value to potential members.
• Give tours and support Member Experience Manager during visits.
