Ulta Beauty seeks a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests and promote salon services in-store and over the phone, embodying Ulta Beauty’s image and culture. You will support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager to drive service and retail goals, guest satisfaction, and events.

Responsibilities include booking appointments, managing the services calendar, updating guest records, communicating promotions, and ensuring a 360° guest experience while upholding safety, sanitation,

Formación

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Demonstrate significant competency in sales, products, and service.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Contribute to meeting or exceeding store goals related to retail and service sales and guest loyalty.
• Provide exceptional guest service in Salon, Haircare, and Skincare areas.
• Handle sales, refunds and exchanges.
• Support services team with scheduling, guest records, and traffic flow.
• Inform guests of promotions and invite them to try services.
• Book appointments for services and in-store events.
