Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Guest Coordinator to engage with guests and promote services through in-person and phone interactions. You will represent the image and culture of Ulta Beauty, support the Experience Manager (EM) and Assistant Services Manager (ASM) through a focus on performance, people, and process.

This role requires a passion for the beauty industry, exceptional guest service, and the ability to learn and communicate salon services and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• Proficient with basic technology (POS system, Apple devices, Services Booking System).
• Strong communication and customer-service skills; ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store goals related to retail and service sales, guest loyalty, and omni-channel sales.
• Provide exceptional guest service and address guest concerns with courtesy.
• Handle sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Support services team with calls, bookings, and guest records; manage salon traffic.
• Inform guests about promotions and services and invite them to try services.
