Indus Hospitality Group is seeking a front desk/guest services professional to greet and register guests, manage reservations, and handle payments with accuracy and courtesy. You will answer inquiries, provide local information, and support shuttle operations where available.

The role emphasizes welcoming guests, maintaining lobby appearance, and ensuring efficient check-in/check-out while adhering to brand standards and procedures.

Qualifications

• One to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet, register, and assign rooms to guests.
• Answer telephone and assist with inquiries.
• Post charges and process payments, compute bills, and make change.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Monitor room availability and block rooms as needed.
• Provide information about hours and services (restaurant, lounge, room service).
• Assist with lobby maintenance and cleanliness, and report any deficiencies.
• Schedule shuttle runs and provide safe transportation where applicable.
• Perform wake-up calls and handle guest mail/messages.
• Assist guests with directions and local area information.
