Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests, guide them through registration and checkout, and provide information about the resort and nearby attractions.

You will handle room-rate quotes, reservations, and cash/card transactions while maintaining accuracy and a high level of service in a fast-paced environment. Excellent English and strong interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Process cash and card transactions following procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and perform bucket checks.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
• Respond to guest inquiries quickly and completely.
