Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly and provide information about the resort and local attractions.
Guide guests through registration, issue unit keys, and confirm reservations.
Process cash and credit card transactions per procedures.
Balance cash receipts and perform bucket checks.
Complete checkout procedures and verify charges in guest folios.
Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups.
Provide guests with room rate quotes and respond to inquiries promptly.
