Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests from registration to checkout, provide information about the resort and area attractions, and assist guests with their needs during their stay.

The role emphasizes friendly service, clear communication, and a professional appearance. You will guide guests through registration, issue keys, respond to inquiries quickly, and collaborate with other departments to ensure a memorable vacation experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome and assist from registration to checkout.
• Provide information about the resort and nearby attractions.
• Assist guests with needs during their stay and coordinate with other departments.
• Manage check-out procedures and verify charges/credits on folios.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and accurately.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals or groups and provide room rate quotes.
