Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to welcome guests, guide them through the registration process, and provide information about the resort and local attractions.

You will handle cash and card transactions, balance receipts, and complete checkout procedures while assisting with reservations and room rate quotes. Strong English communication and attention to detail are essential for delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Basic math and cash handling proficiency.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and guide them through registration to checkout.
• Issue unit keys and provide information about the resort and local attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts and perform bucket checks.
• Complete checkout procedures and verify charges and credits in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm individual and group reservations and provide room rate quotes.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns.
