The Front Desk Agent ensures smooth check-in/out, answers phone calls and emails promptly, and assists guests with reservations and general needs, while guiding them to spa, jeep tours, and other ranch activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage check-in and check-out to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Answer phone calls and emails promptly and assist guests with reservations.
• Help guests navigate the guest app and book activities like spa or jeep tours.
• Relay guest information to wranglers, housekeeping, and kitchen staff as needed.
• Support other departments as needed in a small family-run environment.
