Westgate Resorts is seeking a Front Desk Agent for our River Ranch Resort & Rodeo. You will greet guests, assist with check-in/out, answer calls, and provide information on local activities and amenities to ensure a memorable stay.

In this role, you will handle guest requests, support housekeeping and engineering communications, and maintain accurate records while upholding Westgate's service standards and values.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED.
• Strong attention to detail with organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer operations.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, in person and on the phone.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Professionalism when interacting with guests, owners and team members.
• Basic math skills with cash handling and accurate records.
• Strong customer service with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage guest registration: check-in/check-out, computer use, key issuance.
• Answer calls promptly and courteously.
• Provide information on local activities, dining, attractions and amenities.
• Explain VI program and confirm reservations as requested.
• Dispatch requests to departments and follow up on completion.
• Maintain service request databases and records.
• Data entry and filing of records.
• Handle petty cash and banking records.
