Job summary

Trailborn Grand Canyon, Williams, AZ, is seeking a part-time Guest Services Agent to warmly welcome guests, check them in, and respond to inquiries. The role requires handling guest requests, guiding them to resort facilities, and resolving issues promptly, with a focus on delivering an exceptional guest experience.

The position supports a dynamic hospitality team, involving weekend work, PM shifts, and a customer-first mindset. Training and a supportive environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
• PM availability and weekends is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival and check them in, ensuring all necessary information is obtained and recorded accurately.
• Answer guest inquiries and provide information about resort facilities, services, and local attractions.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Assist guests with luggage, transportation, and other requests as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area and lobby.
• All other duties as assigned.
