Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; hotel or related field experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally, 50 lbs frequently, and up to 20 lbs constantly.
• Ability to stand during the entire shift.
• Effective verbal and written communication with guests and staff.

Responsibilities

• Buff marble floors daily according to hotel standards.
• Shampoo carpets in public areas as per standards.
• Shampoo furniture as needed.
• Assist guests with luggage in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Handle Lost and Found items per hotel procedures.
• Clean guestrooms as needed.
• Know and assist in all emergency procedures.
• Maintain hotel equipment in proper working order.
• Store hotel equipment properly.
• Complete special projects as assigned by Housekeeping Manager.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
