Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and manage information and room assignments.
• Answer inquiries and assist with bookings and preferences.

• Process payments, issue room keys, and ensure guest confidentiality.
• Coordinate breakfast service and communicate room status changes to Housekeeping.
• Act as concierge for local information, reservations, and tours.
• Assist with luggage, mail, and delivery of guest amenities.
• Follow hotel policies and maintain cleanliness of the front desk area.
