Kolter Hospitality, LLC. is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver service excellence to guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, issue room keys, and resolve issues per Kolter Hospitality standards.

• Experience in a hotel front desk or guest services is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.

Responsabilidades

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes.
• Coordinate all guest requests and information about hotel services.
• Inform guests of hotel features and amenities and welcome them by name when possible.
• Follow hotel rate structures and up-sell strategies.
• Perform cashiering tasks including bill settlements and posting charges.
• Respond to emergencies and adhere to safety procedures.
• Cancel reservations according to policy and report needed repairs.
