Job summary

Kolter Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest service and create a welcoming environment. You will process check-ins and check-outs, issue keys, and resolve guest concerns while following Kolter Hospitality standards and procedures.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests by name, coordinating requests, and supporting cashiering tasks as part of a fast-paced hotel team. Weekend availability is expected and professionalism is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus.
• Ability to operate a computer and reservation system.
• Able to work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out processes and issue room keys.
• Coordinate guest requests and resolve issues to ensure a positive stay.
• Perform cashiering tasks including bill/invoice settlement and posting charges when needed.
• Follow safety procedures and hotel policies, including handling emergencies and alarms.
