The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and basic computer skills, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Experience at a front desk is preferred, and lift up to 50 lbs may be needed.

Qualifications

• One year of front desk or guest service experience.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in the local language; additional languages are a plus.
• Basic math and computer literacy required.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly to start a memorable experience.
• Process bookings, upsell services, and explain stay enhancements.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately.
• Check guests in and out, issue keys, and manage safety deposits.
• Record guest preferences and respond to requests and concerns.
• Serve as a trusted contact for guests and escalate issues when needed.
