Job summary

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a warm welcome to start a memorable experience.
• Handle guest bookings, upsell opportunities, and share local insights.
• Process cash and credit transactions accurately.
• Check guests in and out, collect IDs, issue keys, and manage safety deposits.
• Record guest preferences and respond to requests and concerns promptly.
• Be a trusted ambassador, help guests with issues, and involve management when needed.
• Adhere to safety procedures and wear required protective gear.
• Stay informed about events and daily schedules.
