Job summary

The Collector Luxury Inn & Gardens in Saint Augustine, FL seeks a Front Desk Agent/Concierge to deliver exceptional guest services, manage check-in/check-out, and handle calls and inquiries with a professional demeanor.

You will assist guests with dining, tickets, transportation, and local attractions while coordinating with departments to ensure memorable stays. Excellent communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; six months to one year related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret procedure manuals.
• Ability to present information clearly and respond to questions from guests.
• Proficiency with Property Management System and PBX access.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in balance and records.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of customer service.
• Conduct pre-assignment of hotel rooms, including VIPs, repeat guests, packages, and special requests.
• Check in and out hotel guests in a confident, professional and friendly manner.
• Answer all phone calls promptly and knowledgeably with complete and accurate information.
• Follow key control policy and maintain security of guest information.
• Open, balance, and verify daily shift bank including cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
• Monitor room availability and assist with the selling status using yield management tools.
• Coordinate with Sales, Housekeeping, Bell Staff, and Valet to ensure seamless guest services.
• Assist with dining, entertainment, tours, transportation, and other guest arrangements.
