Job summary

Hotel Saint Cecilia is seeking a Full-Time Front Desk Agent to join the team. A Front Desk Agent will greet and assist guests, manage check-ins/outs, take reservations, and provide concierge services to enhance guest experiences.

The role requires strong guest service, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment. Competitive hourly pay with comprehensive benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• Six months related experience in hospitality or service industry.
• Ability to read, write and understand the primary language of the workplace.
• Familiarity with a Property Management System.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out in a confident, professional way.
• Take hotel reservations accurately and efficiently.
• Adhere to standards of operations and policies.
• Maintain logs of guest calls and inform supervisors of concerns.
• Coordinate with departments to meet guest needs.
