Job summary

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth and check them in and out with speed and accuracy.
• Be the go-to expert for local attractions, restaurants, and events and provide directions.
• Handle guest complaints with professional care and concern.
• Promote our franchise membership club and help guests secure future stays.
• Take and record reservations, verify credit card validity, and monitor reservation status.
• Operate the switchboard and master computer operations; maintain lobby area and breakfast service.
• Maintain knowledge of emergency procedures and safety equipment.
