Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests, guide them through check-in and registration, and provide information about the resort and local attractions.

You will handle reservations, process transactions, and collaborate with teams to ensure memorable stays. A high school diploma and hospitality/customer service experience are preferred; strong English communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• One year of guest services or retail/customer service experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent English communication and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm welcomes and assist guests from check-in to check-out.
• Answer questions about resort, area attractions, and room rates.
• Process cash and card transactions following procedures.
• Issue keys and confirm reservations for individuals or groups.
• Promote teamwork and coordinate with other departments.
