Responsibilities

• Assist guests, answer phones, check in/out, and collect payments according to company procedures.
• Provide front desk support and complete daily paperwork.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the front desk and lobby area.
• Resolve guest requests and issues following the Make it Right process.
• Provide breakfast area setup/ takedown and ensure safety procedures.
