Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests from registration to checkout, provide room rate quotes, and help guests with reservations and information about the resort and local attractions.

You’ll handle cash/credit transactions, balance cash, and ensure accurate guest folios while delivering friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment. This role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, and a memorable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision.
• Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash handling procedures.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests during registration to checkout.
• Provide room rate quotes and inform guests about resort and area attractions.
• Process cash and credit card transactions following established procedures.
• Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and complete money handling responsibilities.
• Complete all check-out procedures and verify charges/credits in guest folios.
• Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and/or groups.
• Respond to guest inquiries and concerns promptly and completely.
