Job summary

OTO Development is seeking a Front Desk Associate to warmly welcome guests and manage check-in/out procedures. You will operate the hotel’s reservation system, handle cash and card transactions securely, and ensure a smooth, memorable stay for every guest.

The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced hospitality environment, communicates clearly, and collaborates with team members to deliver outstanding service. This role is based on-site in Orlando.
