OTO Development is seeking a Front Desk/Gallery Host to welcome guests and assist with check-in/check-out at our Orlando property. You will operate the hotel’s reservation system and support a seamless stay for guests.

Qualifications

• Front desk/reception experience required.
• Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Team player and willing to go above and beyond for guests.
• Ability to handle financial transactions securely and accurately.
• Comfortable standing and moving throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out and throughout their stay.
• Operate the hotel’s electronic reservation system and other programs to ensure a smooth workflow.
• Handle all financial matters – including credit card and cash transactions – securely and accurately.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and actively enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain a hospitable, guest-focused environment.
