The Harrison Group is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team across our Ocean City, Maryland, Corolla, North Carolina, and surrounding properties. This role handles guest check-ins/outs, reservations, and guest inquiries, while coordinating with housekeeping and management to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Ideal candidates have hotel front desk experience, familiarity with reservation systems like Cloudbeds and RoomKeyPMS, and excellent communication.

Qualificações

• Experience in a hotel front desk or receptionist role.
• Familiar with reservations and guest check-in/out processes.
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and requests professionally.
• Comfort using hotel reservation software.

Responsabilidades

• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks.
• Manage online and phone reservations.
• Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data.
• Register guests and collect information (contact details and dates).
• Welcome guests upon arrival and assign rooms.
• Provide information about our hotel, rooms, rates, and amenities.
• Respond to client complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and ready.
• Upsell facilities and services when appropriate.
• Maintain updated records of bookings and payments.
• Balance daily transactions and reconcile financial reports.
• Prepare and distribute daily management reports.
• Process end-of-day procedures and ensure systems/accounts are updated.
• Assist late-night guests with check-ins/check-outs.
