Hotel Equities in Virginia Beach is seeking a friendly Guest Services Representative to join our team. This Front Office role delivers welcoming, efficient service to guests from arrival to departure, handling reservations, payments, and requests while supporting daily hotel operations.

You will interact with multiple departments, promote hotel services, and maintain accurate records. The position requires strong communication, basic computer and cash handling skills, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hotel/front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer and cash handling skills.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
• Process arrivals, departures, reservations, payments, and requests.
• Respond promptly to questions and special requests.
• Resolve routine guest issues and escalate when needed.
• Maintain accurate guest information and shift records.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, sales, and other departments.
• Promote hotel services and guest opportunities.
• Follow cash-handling, security, and privacy procedures.
• Monitor lobby and front desk to keep a welcoming environment.
• Complete shift duties and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
