Job summary

Brobston Group in New York is seeking a Guest Services Coordinator to support an exceptional in-store client experience and contribute to sales goals through hospitality and client services. You will assist clients and sales professionals, handle inquiries and product requests, and maintain a welcoming, organized store environment.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant work experience preferred; computer skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred.
• Ability to stand, walk, and move around the store for multiple hours and lift up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide hospitality, concierge, and shopping assistance.
• Build client relationships and support sales through phone and electronic communication.
• Share product knowledge and availability, route inquiries, and document product requests and transfers.
• Support sales professionals, marketing and public relations requests, and store initiatives.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures, merchandise presentation, and maintaining clean sales floors and fitting rooms.
• Coordinate customer deliveries, alterations, and product requests with relevant teams.
