Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality strongly preferred.
• Jewelry and watch product knowledge preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with basic selling techniques.
• IT literate with experience using CRM systems.
• Professional presentation, high confidentiality, flexibility, and strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to complete required training and support team performance.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients promptly and act as first point of contact for internal and external guests.
• Support Sales Consultants and assist in the VIP room to deliver personalized experiences.
• Use CRM and client research to tailor hospitality and engagement.
• Maintain and stock client experience stations and uphold showroom housekeeping standards.
• Promote a positive showroom atmosphere and represent the department at meetings.
• Recommend operational improvements and complete duties assigned by management.
