Qualifications

• Experience in sales, hospitality, and/or service.
• Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills with a passion for relationships.
• Professional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure client expectations are exceeded at each visit using hospitality tools and clienteling practices
• Maintain a professional environment and ensure employees present professionally for each customer interaction
• Map and manage clienteling activities for each guest to maximize sales and satisfaction
• Ensure seamless efficiency and a positive atmosphere in the customer experience
• Partner with leadership and specialist teams to proactively address service issues
• Perform other duties as assigned by store leadership
