Responsibilities

• Serve as the client’s first point of contact and set the tone for their in-store experience.
• Build genuine relationships by determining client needs and directing them to appropriate departments and universes.
• Maintain and manage the daily calendar of client appointments and ongoing in-store events.
• Collaborate with the Client Experience team and store colleagues to deliver a seamless client journey.
• Support back-of-house operations and work toward individual and team performance targets.
