Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Use CRM and client research to personalize and facilitate unique client experiences.
• Support Sales Consultants and VIP room operations with hospitality and client service.
• Maintain and stock client experience stations and showroom housekeeping standards.
• Promote a positive in-showroom atmosphere and lead by example.
• Complete required training and attend departmental meetings.
• Recommend improvements to systems and procedures and ensure data confidentiality.
